Additional Presenters
Craig Cameron
Craig Cameron Craig is a world champion whose clarity and comprehensiveness in clinics effectively relate the importance of mastering a casual, relaxed approach in horse training. He brings both the excitement of his patented “Extreme Cowboy Race” and the proficiency he is known for in his RFD TV show Ride Smart to AmerEquine. He will also demonstrate these techniques as part of the entertainment portions of the event.

Sylvia Zerbini
Sylvia Zerbini Sylvia is the person responsible for the utterly magnificent performances of literally dancing horses at liberty that were a hallmark of the touring show, Cavalia. She is bringing her horses to AmerEquine and will be showing the magic of having them perform without any direct aids. She and the horses do not do acts from rote; rather she varies the performances in order to engage the horses (and herself and their audiences) in the excitement. Watching her do this with only body language and vocal tones that mimic the sounds of horses themselves is amazing.

Tim McQuay
Tim McQuay The legendary, nearly three-million dollar rider and NRHA Hall-of-Famer, along with his wife, Colleen, have played an integral part in shaping the reining horse industry into what it is today. They have also made exceeding contributions to the “world” of Hunters & Jumpers. Their McQuay Stables is a state-of-the-art facility that averages seventy horses in training at any one time and employs a large, dedicated, expert staff that also handles breeding, sales, and help to clients with all aspects of working with horses.

Tom McCutcheon and Mandy McCutcheon
Tom McCutcheon and Mandy McCutcheon Coming to AmerEquine with Tim McQuay will be his premier associates and family members, Tim’s daughter, Mandy, and her husband, Tom. Tom and Mandy are both million dollar riders, and Mandy is in the NRHA Hall of Fame while Tom is a USEF Rider of the Year. They will both be giving clinics and demonstrations and participating in the entertainment portions of the event. That Tom and Mandy are teachers of high merit is demonstrated by the successes in the horse ring of both their children, Carlee and Cade.

Aaron Ralston
Aaron Ralston Aaron is an athlete of the highest order and will be demonstrating that in clinics and shows at AmerEquine. He is a talented teacher who has shared his knowledge and tips at clinics and expos throughout the country and on his RFD TV show, The Ride with Aaron Ralston. His expertise on nearly every topic dealing with western horsemanship enables him to cover aspects of working with horses and enjoying them that cross over from one discipline to another and are, therefore, very valuable to what might be called the “casual” horse-person as well as the “specialists.”

Becky Hart
Becky Hart Becky truly has the “Hart” of a champion as illustrated by her two Tevis Cup championships and her three consecutive World Endurance Championships. Her many wins and her love and respect for her mounts translate well in her clinics which address the needs and concerns of distance competitors and trail riders alike. She is an expert in such topics as TTeam work, natural horsemanship, and Centered Riding.

Charles Wilhelm
Charles Wilhelm Charles is internationally known and respected as the creator of Ultimate Foundation Training-techniques which combine the best of traditional, classical, and natural horsemanship philosophies into a methodology applicable to all riding disciplines. Charles’ own extensive background includes Dressage, Working Cow Horse, Reining, Western Pleasure and Trail. His motto is “Success Through Knowledge.” Charles’ clinics and seminars reflect his belief that “It’s never, ever the horse’s fault”, and riders of every discipline and skill level can learn ways to apply that idea to their own interactions with their equine partners. Seeing Charles in person is even better than seeing him on his HR-TV show.

Allen Pogue
Allen Pogue Allen Pogue: Allen’s presentations, philosophies, and techniques are all encompassed in his program, Imagine a Horse. His is an innovative, effective, and fresh approach to horse training; and his results are downright entertaining to behold. While much of what he accomplishes and presents with his horses might well be called “tricks” or “circus training”, one of his goals is to show horse people how to accomplish what they want with their own horses. He not only focuses on the historical and practical purposes of what his horses do, but he shows how knowing these things and having the tools (and patience, manners, and respect) to accomplish them can lead to fulfillment and joy in working with horses at any level.

Tyler Magnus
Tyler Magnus Tyler Magnus-World Champion Roper: Tyler is well known as one of the world's best horsemen. His unique style and patience has resulted in producing many great PRCA, AQHA, and APHA performance horses. His ability to communicate with a horse is unparalleled. Tyler has competed nine times at the National Rodeo Finals and won at NFR in 1995. He has also won the PRCA Texas Circuit Championship and the George Strait Team Roping Classic. Tyler is equally competitive as a header or a heeler. His skills as a horse trainer are as acclaimed as his success in roping competitions. He is a master at teaching the skills of horsemanship and roping. Presentations by Tyler Magnus are sponsored by Spalding Labs.

Gina Miles
Gina Miles Gina Miles-Olympic Silver Medalist: Gina started riding when she was seven, and within a few years she had dedicated herself to the sport of Eventing. She has an abiding belief in the maxim: Hard work pays off. Gina is living proof that it works; in 2008 she and McKinlaigh, an Irish Sport Horse gelding imported by Thom Schultz and Laura Coates, took the Olympic Silver Medal at the summer games in Beijing. She is an excellent teacher and strives to help those who study with her and who attend her clinics and seminars attain the skills and knowledge that will help them succeed in their equestrian endeavors. Presentations by Gina Miles are sponsored by Platinum Performance.

Dennis Auslam
Dennis Auslam Dennis has been a horseman all his life. He started competing at the age of eight, and started roping professionally in his early 20s. He followed that with a therapy program he operated called North American Riding for the Handicapped Association, Inc. In 2003 Dennis and his family moved to Morton, MT, where they started Redwood Stables, their own boarding and training operation where they offer comprehensive horse training and services. From the start of Redwood Stables Dennis began working with children from the Lower Sioux Agency as well as local 4-H clubs. His training program covers just about everything that a 4-Her as well as a working or competing cowboy or cowgirl would ever need to know to get the job done.

Dennis is much sought after as a clinician, and his presentations are designed to be fun. His goal is to help folks enjoy their horses. He works often and tirelessly with both handicapped riders and young riders. Dennis will be conducting and monitoring AmerEquine’s presentation of his Search for the World’s Most Beautiful Horse contest. Presentations by Dennis Auslam are sponsored by Orthoflex Saddlery.

She is also quite active with the Denver Dumb Friends League equine project.

Chase Dodd
Chase Dodd Chase has a nearly hypnotic ability to work with untamed, whether wild or domestic, horses. And his uncanny ability to illustrate and communicate the skills that he uses to do this in not only clear but entertaining language and lucid demonstrations appeals to all who get to see him. He has won two Extreme Mustang Makeovers along with many colt-starting competitions, and loves to show folks how to employ the skills that he has and apply them to their own situations with their own horses. Chase believes that everyone is blessed with skills that they need to work with horses, and he sees his role as helping folks “get started” so that they manifest these skills on their own.

Chase Dodd is renowned for his own skills in starting horses and enjoys the competition involved in getting the job done. He will be hosting an event designed specifically for AmerEquine that he calls "Chase the Dream"—a challenge for rescued horses. Chase will demonstrate that a rescued horse deserves more than just pity, feed, and tolerance; he will help those who want to bring a rescued or "unwanted" horse methods which might well result in having a champion or, at the very least, a valued companion. Presentations by Chase Dodd are sponsored by Orthoflex Saddlery.

Rick Meyer
Rick Meyer Rick is a stunning performer. It's hard to believe your eyes when you see him shooting targets (usually balloons) with a single action Colt .45 and/or a rifle while he’s riding a galloping horse. You would might think that being an expert mounted shooter would be enough for one person, but Rick's specialty is actually training and competing with gaited horses.

In 1972 Rick started training Polo Ponies, Thoroughbreds, Fox Trotters and Quarter horses. He began concentrating on Paso Fino horses in 1979 and eventually amassed over 150 Grand and National Championships; became an International and Senior Certified Judge; and served as President of the Paso Fino Horse Association for four years. Rick co-authored the first step-by-step training book for Paso Finos, Horse Sense in Training, which is now in its fifth printing. He is an accomplished speaker and Emcee. The training and philosophy at Shine-A-Bit Farm is based on American Dressage from the heritage of the U.S. Army, which is a combination of the French and German Schools and largely based on the works of James Fillis (1834-1913) of the French Cavalry School. Mari teaches the specific mechanics of how to execute the train movements to perpetuate the fine art of horsemanship. Presentations by Mari Monda Zdunic are sponsored by Orthoflex Saddlery.

Chad is known for working with each individual horse-and-rider team to develop trust in each other and the problem-solving skills that help them negotiate any obstacle.

Frank Pace
Frank Pace Frank Pace loves the sport of vaulting (on horses, the living and breathing kind), and he loves kids. He has found ways to combine the two, and he has not only brought the kids to vaulting; he has brought both to the public. Of course, this has him doing “double-duty” all the time. The horses need to be trained to accept and then perform with gymnasts moving all around them from front to back and from side to side, and the kids have to learn how to do those very moves with a moving horse under them. Frank’s end product is good for the horses and great for the kids. And the end result is great for audiences too.

Jack Lieser
Jack Lieser As a horse trainer and clinician, Jack is highly regarded for his clinics on colt-starting (with Nokata horses) and also those on Western Dressage. Jack is a natural and insightful teacher who has a keen eye and feel for what each horse and rider needs in order to accomplish their goals. His style of teaching incorporates many principles from both “classical” and “natural” horsemanship. Jack aspires to work with horses and riders in a relaxed atmosphere because both members of the horse/rider team learn best when stressful conditions are minimized. He has worked with many different breeds and in many disciplines and encourages riders to build confidence and excellence through skill-building games and enjoyable competition in his clinics.

Working as an auto buyer for AAA Auto Club and selling all brands of trucks along with using internet truck sales at a dealership led to MrTruck developing his first website in 1999. Ford factory managers named Sundling “MrTruck” when they picked him as one of the top four truck salesman in the country. MrTruck did live truck training on FordStar TV and also produced some training videos for Ford. Ten years later Sundling moved on to the field of automotive journalism. Steve O' Neill
Steve O' Neill Twenty years in the corporate world and all that such work entails found Steve O’Neill with low back pain, poor posture, and unable to enjoy the sports that he loved like running, biking, and racquetball. Then he was introduced to Pilates and the results made quite an impression on Steve. The pain diminished and once again he was able to engage in his favorite activities with comfort. Steve decided to get training in Pilates himself so that he could help others. Through his initial training in Boulder, CO, Steve found that using the breath to initiate muscle engagement and movement allowed a person to experience the complete benefits of Pilates. Soon Steve started using Pilates as a stress-reliever from the intensity of his corporate and non-profit work.

Desiring to open his own Pilates studio, Steve gained additional education in Pilates at the Physical Mind Institute in NYC, and thus became a certified instructor in all levels of Mat and Standing Mat Instruction as well as all levels of Equipment Instruction and Pilates Rehabilitation. He presently operates a successful Pilates studio in Salida, CO, where his clients consist of many horse-folk; including riders, trainers, and competitors. He will be presenting at AmerEquine with a horse and rider present.
